Gaines Kergosien works as Software Engineering Manager and Senior Developer for VitalChek, a LexisNexis company. In addition to being Founder of the Nashville Web Developer Group, he currently serves as President for the Nashville .NET User Group and was recently recognized by INETA as a Community Champion. Gaines has over 12 years in solutions development using Microsoft technologies for companies such as HCA, Gibson Guitars, and Cardinal Healthcare.

Joseph Wichman works for the Tennessee Department of Transportation in a GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Mapping Database support role. While earning an Associate of Applied Science in software programming from Nashville State Community College, Joseph gained computer system analyst experience as a student co-op in the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration.
